How we work

We start with a friendly chat over coffee. To design the best playground that fits your purpose, we love to get to know you. We discuss your wishes and requirements, your children's ages, their sense of adventure & capabilities, your budget and timelines.
This chat is also perfect to have all your initial questions answered. Grill us on our team, products, materials, maintenance and more. Or visit our FAQ section before the meeting.
INSPIRATION
We use mood boards, brochures and photographs of our installations to ignite your imagination. Feel free to prepare some ideas upfront, we suggest to browse our Portfolio or Instagram.
Site visit
After our initial chat, we come to see the site. We measure up the space and check the surface the equipment needs to be installed on. We gauge how much natural shade is available and if any padding is necessary.
At this stage we all should have a pretty good idea in which direction we want to move.
the DESIGN
Time to get to the drawing board. With all information gathered, our MD Paul Louzado sits down and hand draws your outdoor design.
You will have the first proposal in front of you within a couple of days after the site visit.
FEEDBACK
Visual Feedback is very welcome - we love to receive your sketches with adjustments. Not feeling creative? Of course a phone call, whatsapp or email also works.
THE GO AHEAD
After final confirmation, we schedule the actual build and installation. Typically, we have your little adventurers active within 2-3 weeks (domestic) or 8-10 weeks (commercial).
the BUILD
We build your playground in our carpentry workshop in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. If you're eager to see our craftsmen at work, you are more than welcome to pass by.
After the final quality check (done both by adults & children), the structure is transported to your location, where we do the final assembly and installation.
MAINTENANCE
All our products come with a 2-year warranty, during which time we will visit you every 6 months to check your playground is in full working order.
We recommend teak oiling the wood twice a year, to ensure maximum life span. If you take good care of your Adventure playground, it will last 8 to 10 years in our Middle Eastern climate.
